On Jan. 1, 2006, Mike was arrested for painting this highway overpass near Toledo. A Lucas County Grand Jury later indicted him on two felony charges including “possession of criminal tools” (the can of spray paint). In July, a jury convicted him on both counts and on Aug. 4, Judge Charles Wittenberg sentenced him to two months electronically-monitored house arrest, 100 hours community service, and to pay the cost of the prosecution.
